Guide to Grammar and Writing is an excellent tool for my students to use in and out of the classroom. I'll be teaching Secondary Language Arts. Guide to Grammar and Writing is an easily navigated website in which students can search virtually any type of English related topic. Sometimes students have more questions than I, as a teacher, will have time in a class period. This way, students can answer their own questions without being so dependent.
In particular, I could use this site to help my students reinforce how to structure a paper. This is a basic five-paragraph essay, but it will help my students understand more complex papers.
There are also quizzes available for students to check to see if they are truly comprehending the grammar required to write an effective paper.
